can someone please tell me how to submit an unknown track step by step and i mean step by step.

If your sample is already smaller than 500 kb just do the following:
go to the unknown tracks forum --> "new thread" --> click the "click to select file" button --> select the file you want to upload --> "upload file" --> wait till the upload is finished --> close the window --> "submit new thread".
