mmmmm this is such a nice mix of Rock Your Body!!! if i'm not wrong, isn't it the mix he played in his Queensday set, that was called 'Sander K's Queensday Mash-up mix' or sumthin? it's so yummy

i haven't looked forward to seein a dj this much in ages.....bring it oooooooooooon!!!!!!

edit: just had a listen (anythin to procrastinate rather than start my work!)....it def sounds like the same mix as in the Queensday set, except it sounds pitched up a bit in the set......tracklistings have it as 'Justin Timberlake vs Vitality - Rock Your Skylite (Sander Kleinenberg's Unreleased Dub)' - but it sounds identical to this '1999 remix'.....interestin

all i can say is, i hope he plays it on the 22nd!!!!!

its the same track. the melody sander used in this remix sounds a little like the one in Vitality - Skylite so people jumped to conclusions and called this a mash up.. but they're wrong

the security at dave seaman was extremely laid back.. i never saw anyone get ID checked or even searched/scanned
you could most probably get away with it.. but it is still a risk

Yeh I got the same report from people after GK at Space. Hmmmmm

hmmmm if it was me I wouldn't take the risk. When I went to Club Nation 2001 6 days after I turned 18 I was the only one to get checked for ID out of about 200 people I saw and I still get checked most of the time. One of my friend's 17yo mates tried to get into GTR+Pulser in September and was rejected so he had to sit in his car outside the venue pilling out of his mind for 6 hours! That's a waste of about $70-$80.

ohhh thank gawd i just woke up......i had a dream that i was at the sander gig, and he came up behind the decks and i got my camera out to take some snaps, only to realise i hadn't charged the batteries so my cam was dead and i couldn't take any piccies

sumbody remind me to charge my camera batteries the nite before sander *lol*

dammit gil i hate u for gettin me hyped over sander at work - now i can't concentrate!!!!

10 more days till funky house man morillo and the very unique ensemble of prog/house/trance that is mr sander k, both grace our decks here in melb.

here's hopin for a similar set to his latest essential mix!

OMG!!!! That was the best prog set I've been witness to this year......he played exactly the way i like my prog....started out a lil dark and slow.....built into total driving groovy sexxxxxxxxy stuff....and brought it down with some nice soft vocals at the end.......definitely my kinda journey finally, we got to see him show what he's capable of when he's given a long enough set - his sets at Two Tribes and GCSSS were way too short to do him justice....

I was a lil concerned the first half hour tho, cos he really didn't seem that into it - well, he was into the music, but hardly looked at the crowd....but, it was great to see him snap into a great mood, and watch him dancing around and having fun interacting with the crowd for the other 3.5 hours....

Was great to see so many TAs there - Bragi & Chookie (thanks soooo much for ur hospitality guys!!), misstrance, lethal, erratik & friends, hugoboss, crasherkid (great to see u out again...but sure wouldn't have picked u for a prog fan!!), gil, jace, nixter....and no doubt others i've forgotten!! I was kinda off in my own lil world up there on stage takin snaps and enjoyin the view, but it's still always really nice to know there's always a friendly face rite nearby

Omg how could i almost forget matt?? Ahh it was great to have u there - i think u were the most deserving of the lot of us.....well done on u know what!!!! shhhhh great to see u get to see ur god

And to the SweetChilli boys, thanku thanku thanku for putting on such an awesome event, and for just being so darn nice Especially Daniel - it really meant a lot to me that u let me stay up there, and also go say thanks to sander afterwards...u made the drive from cbr SO worthwhile - give urself a big hug for me

Hmmm....can't finish this post without sharing one of the funniest trashbag moments i've seen....haha forgive me jace!! Jace and I are sitting onstage...let's just say he's on his own lil planet....he types "My Lexicon please?" into his fone, and goes over to show it to sander.....sander points at the speaker, and then at the fone about 5 times, shakin his head with a "wtf????" look on his face....then he calls me over, shows me what's written on the fone, looks at jace, and laffs his butt off when i tell jace "ummm, My Lexicon is the track playing already" *rofl* ahhh, a moment worthy of the trashbag hall of fame......nice one jace

And last but not least, i'm now the proud owner of a poster with a comment written on it which woulda gotten the author a swift smack in the mouth, if it hadn't been sander...hehehehe......for those of u who know what i'm talkin about - damn my girls did good!! haha that poster's goin straight to the pool room!!!

LOL nice one !! OMG how did I miss My Lexicon!!!! I was waiting for that track all night ;(

Yeh, Sander held my attention for the most part of the 4 hours so that's cool I had problems with the heat up the front so the last two hours I spent down the back with one of those huge fans blowing behind me.

Highlights for me (since I missed My Lexicon!) would have to be

Justin Timberlake - Rock Your Body (Sander K 1999 rmx) => CHOON!!!!
Dido - White Flag (Scumfrog remix)
Everything But The Girl - Missing (Monkz remix)
Chable & Bonicci - Ride

and that last track - ID!!! Actually, the last 3 or 4 tracks... ID pls!!!

oh, and sander was slated to play at one Ali!! Pimp, DG and I were thinking that we might miss some of his set because *somebody* has sent me an sms saying that he was playing at "midnight" :P

Great to see the TA's up the front as always havin a great time. I'll be seeing some of you at Tiesto in cbr i hope. Thanks again for the tix Beemz. You're a star
