Classic Series pt 5 - Mansun - Wide Open Space (Perfecto Edit)

One of the few tracks of Oakeys that's made me say wow, still love it now, it's really slow so a bitch to mix at times, but the vocal, and indeed the entire track is a tasteful remix in my opinon, played by Oakey mainly, when he rocked Cream regularly

now guys - opinions

A classic

perfecto mix is all godd and that, but sack it off and flip straight over to the other side, its all about the trouser enthusiasts mix, possiblt one of the best trance remixes ever.

It's never done it for me, but I think that's mainly due to the fact that i had a mix tape with the perfecto rmx on for about 3 years b4 i heard the TE one

I agree with TT there, i prefer the Perfecto remix instead of the Perfecto edit.

And Trouser Enthusiasts is ok IMO but not even close to their best remix works.

I think i'll put this Perfecto remix on again, i have it only on Visions Of Ibiza 2CD, compiled by Chicane..

If some one could tell me where to pick this tune up (tried HTFR alot) I would be greatly thankfull.

i sold my copy on ebay for around 45, and ebay is the only place i reckon you'll get a copy now

indeed it is tunage. t'was a great opener (cd2) that set the tone for (imo) one of the greatest compilations ever released; the original trance nation mixed by ferry.

One of the first tunes that made me interested in trance. Will always be a classic.

Yeah... that's my all time favourite trance compilation. So many classics, alongside pretty obscure, yet still awesome tunes. I never really liked this track though, I always skipped it right after Faithless' Drifting Away finished.
