Greatest Soccer Players of ALL TIME LIST!....what's yours
time to bring back a classic topic
and no taha, no africans have made my list yet.
Greatest Soccer Players of All Time List
-Ferenc Puskas,.Bobby Charlton, Pele, Di Stefano, Garincha, Eusebio
-Cryuff, Platini, Beckenbauer, Maradona, Stanley Matthews
-Lev Yashin (the black panther).....
can you really argue against my list?
i think zidane should be there.
and maybe Phil Neal
Two Poles which helped Poland make 3rd place in 1974 & 1982
Grzegorz Lato
Zbigniew Boniek
and Marco van Basten should be there as well

Saying what the best 11 of all time is is too hard imo, everyone has different opinions and nobody has seen enough of everyone to tell really so i wont bother.
But my current best 11 would probably be...
------v nistelrooy---ronaldo
-----------------raul
------zidane---------------figo
-----------------keane
--r carlos---nesta---cannavaro---puyol
-----------------buffon
At least if i was doing 442, i much prefer 352 (3232).
jimmy johnston from back in the 60s
was a celtic legend!
from videos i have seen his skills were way ahead of his time!
watch him in the european cup final 67 against inter milan
agreed jimmy johnson was a legend in jis own right.
dalgleish, law, baxter, billy bremner, alec james, billy mcneil were just some of the scottish legends.
del piero, buffon, maldini, scalache, baggio are some recent legends of the italian game, form a while back there was riva, rossi, gentili adn zoff.
and of course henrik larsson.
PHIL NEVILLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

actually thats a pretty stupid comment.
daglish play at celtic before liverpool bought him. and he is considerd the best player ever both at liverpool and celtic.
and henke larsson was a regular scores for his national team wich proves he is a worthy for it in some peoples eyes.
heck its the same with tore andre flo, hes legendary for me just cuz of his 2 goals against brazil.
people will always have diffrent opinions on this execpt for the ones that everybody lists. pele maradona ...
i now want too say that houllier is the worst liverpool manager ever, and id like his resignation from the manager position and for him too move into the backgrounds in the support team. and id also like for daglish or keegan to be manager. no of this is gonna happened cuz Mr.Houllier is a first class maker of exuses.
Maradona & Van Basten by far IMO. I hate these players who played before the 80s. Coz honestly they sucked and anyone could have scored two hattrick per game. Just look at the results. WC final 58 ended 5-2, top scorer Fontaine 13 goals. Just silly how bad the rest was.
But this is IMO.
the fact that we signed him for under 1 million and he has given us the service he has suggests to me and every other celtic fan on the planet that he is a legend. maybe not to you but to me. so why don't you not bother posting silly comments before you understand what i mean by legend blik.
besides hes better than van nistelrooy who is a cheating ****.
i second George Best, remember watching a bit of footage where he dribbled it through half a team, dont think he scored from it tho. He just never had to opportunity to prove himself on the international scene

surprised no one has said one of the all time greats!
Marco Van Basten
simply lethal up front!
Best players ive grown up with are JOHN BARNES and IAN RUSH!! Legends!
as usual...rofl
can you really fault the lineup of mine
i mean they were all very very good players
Alan Shearer, when he was on his best noone beat him in the box.
The ultimate goalscorer.
Gerd Mller - maybe the best striker ever.
