Fav. Tiesto project

EDIT - Yes I know its not just Tiesto and he has many individual projects, but please, only his collaboration with others, thats what Im most interested in

i.e. Gouryella, Kamaya Painters, Major League, Vimana, etc.

Which has produced the highest quality tracks, in your opinion?

I'm thinking Gouryella, Kamaya Painters, Hammock Brothers, and West & Storm all are quite tasty

Posted by Mebot on Oct-18-2003 21:39:

IMO Gouryella is the best when it comes to quality tracks

vimana
although there was only one release, i think that was him and corsten best works ever

Posted by emul8or on Oct-18-2003 21:42:

kamaya painters

Posted by Joca on Oct-18-2003 21:43:

No question, Kamaya Painters.

Posted by Cobalt on Oct-18-2003 21:49:

Definitely Kamaya Painters. Extraordinary tracks, every one of them.

well, there were technically two releases although they were both on the same vinyl, although later released seperately

if youre talking about a collab project, definitely GOURYELLA.. a solo project, then STRAYDOG..

Though my favourite tracks by him are Suburban Train and Flight 643, I don't really like the more recent stuff he's released under the DJ Tiesto moniker. For that reason I'll have to vote Kamaya Painters.

by one release i meant the vinyl
there was
we came
dreamtime
on the same vinyl on blackhole
then there was a
p2k release with dave aude and graham gold remixes on it
dreamtime was never released seperately
on the p2k release, they were labeled, dj tiesto and ferry corsten remix, but they are the originals
there was also a newer release with some remixes but i dont remember what they were
the originals are the best, the remixes pretty mcuh suck

gouryella, by a fucking mile!!!

Posted by dj2kTA on Oct-18-2003 23:29:

Kamaya Painters does it for me. I absolutely love Wasteland. I just put it on too.

Posted by darksteppin36 on Oct-18-2003 23:36:

Vimana by far. I always thought that Gouryella was way over-rated.

Posted by Floorfiller on Oct-19-2003 00:15:

Vimana
Kamaya Painters
Gouryella
Alibi

i love em all...

Posted by Strike on Oct-19-2003 00:17:

definately gouryella!

Posted by reveal on Oct-19-2003 00:54:

definately Kamaya Painters!

Talking Tiesto's Aliases are better than Tiesto himself, LOL, j/k

I'd say all of Tiesto's aliases have produced excellent tunes! Except that alias with the Sub_____ Atmosphere (Control Freaks?) track by the alias tha's lost in the back of my head somewhere .. ...

Control Freaks - Subspace Interference? That was one of his best, although it wasn't a solo project. Anyways Kamaya Painters would be my choice also because you'd be hard pressed to find a track among the 8 they put out that wasn't excellent. I didn't love Wasteland as much as the others, but the Hitchhiker and Chab remixes made up for it, so I've no complaints. Allure is up there too with 5 high quality productions.

Posted by twizta on Oct-19-2003 02:38:

all of them
