I list some recommendations there.
Just ignore the prog-heads who will contend progressive trance doesn't exist.
Haha..thanks!

Would you call Planispheres stuff progressive trance? if so the genre does exist.

I personally believe in a "progressive trance" genre. For example, Disc 1 of White Label Euphoria 2 (Mixed by J00F) is a clear example of a blend of trance and progressive house. I view progressive house as something slightly different, but hey - that's just my view.
Perhaps try not to get bogged down into genre classification and instead just listen, and enjoy/dislike. It really is that simple I guess, and at the end of the day, no matter how you classify it, it still sounds the same.

IMO, Sasha and Digweed's older stuff was prog trance. Also, Markus Schulz's GDJB sets are the best example currently that I can think of. Although they do have sometimes a few prog house tunes, I think it's primarily prog trance.
Prog house, prog trance... who cares what it's bloody called?
Long as it sounds good, thats all i'm bothered about. Leave the petty arguments to the gimps.
