How do you block ports using Norton security?

I've been looking on google...and cannot find instructions on how to block ports using Norton Security. Anyone know how?

eeeeewwwww Nortons! a Black Flag to me!

back when i used WinME i installed nortons. it made a bad problem worse. i think it was a combo of winme and nortons. right now i am using winxp and mcafee and with mcafee, it makes everything simple such as when you load a new program and it tired to access the net it will ask you if you want to let it this time, deny it, or always let it access or deny it every time.

i know this doesn't answer your question.
