I just had to say something...

It's hard for most of my friends to understand the loss I have sustained but...

my 200 gig drive had some kind of error and CHKDSK decided to erase everything on the drive. It contained over 100 gigs of Trance mp3 and videos, so I won't be sharing all my great music on the hub or essentials sets DC servers anymore, as well as some other irreplaceable data.

there is no hub

hell i've been on these boards for over two years or so and i don't have access to that damn thing yet that doesnt exist

We see one of these threads every so often. It saddens me every time. Luckily, the word backup appears in my vocab every now and then so if my hard drive went tits upwards, it wouldnt be all bad. Advice to be followed there methinks.

it happened to me once too but never again, i'm sure it won't happen to you again since now you have learned your lesson. backup you files!!! DVD's hold 5 GB, you could have had all your stuff on 25 CDs
