they fixed the MSN problem and there is a patch available for it now!! i can talk to you non AIM folk again!!

Miranda had support for MSN 8 about two months ago.

That's the single most important reason why I stopped using Trillian... it takes weeks, even months for the developers to update it.

Butterfly : I downloaded'n'patched Trillian, yet it don't connect to Yahoo or MSN anyway....damn I'm pissed off

Easier to have aim/msn open IMO, and you have the full features of both.

And yes, those uninstallations take forever, don't they... nearly 5 seconds on my machine.

Don't. The product support (i.e. bug fixes, updates, etc.) is nowhere near enough to justify the payment. Besides, you can get it off KaZaA anyway.
