Halloween costume idea... need advice!

how might one go about finding and/or creating a stewie from family guy halloween costume?

get the proper clothes. Design and cut out one of those "speech bubbles" like in the comics for dialogue, and write "blast!" or "damn it all to hell!" in it. Carry it around on a ruler or a stick or something and i'm guessing a few people will make sense from it
