Asian TA's need a forum
seeing as tranceaddict is a global community, I advocate that the Asian tranceaddicts should have their own section underneath Local Scene Info / Discussion.
This will:
1. facilitate discussion about events and happenings in Asia,
2. allow the Asia.TA massive to be represented;
3. allow Asian party-goers to post their discussions on their own forums, instead of posting them on their nearest neighbours' forums (check here and here for examples); and
4. also allow people looking for information on the Asian scene to easily locate it.
Cheers.
This has been brought up before. Local is more for a certain area whom has a big club scene and alot of event happening and not to a specific ethnic or race. Thus this not being a good idea IMO.

on the whole, there aren't an awful lot of asian natives here, as in a lot don't live in their 'home' countries anymore, be it australia, uk, America or Canada now, and most fit into that local scene.
You would have to find out how many peopel actually live in Asia, if there's a TA from there who could take on modding & be serious, and finally for Swamper to agree to it. It's been said before, but you should put a link to this in your sig or something and get people to post here if they're applicable. If you get enough then you probably will get a forum BUT you have to realise that since the continent is so big, it might be hard for you all to post together, especially with problems in some countries too like politically, cos we don't want ne arguments, for example India & Pakistan, North Korea etc etc, but feel free to see how many people you can muster
sounds a bit racist to me.
