For those who don't know, this is THE fucking internet radio station. A friend of mine has been ranting about this shit since day one, and not until recently had I finally succombed to the Proton bug.

Warning: This is PROG at it's finest. (depending on who's show of course) So please please don't expect trance, you've been warned. lol

proton is amazing! i listen to it all day at work. it's thet only thing that keeps me going from 9-5.

actually, yea...it's pretty good, but I personally prefer to listen to John Digweeds show from his site. There's a bunch you can choose from, with one hour mix by him, and another by a guest (Parks & Wilson, Burridge, Lawler, etc etc etc).

Ive heard some great sets on Proton. I especially like "Forward" with Adam Nathan and Jerome Robbins.......the set Addy did in April was SICK!!!! (Just downloaded it)

Proton has some sick ass sets... from Jerome & Adam (sometimes, unless they go all melodic and dreamy), Matt Coleridge (he's got a rock solid track selection), Troy Robertson (west coast!), and a whole bunch of other people nobody's ever heard of... they do throw in all kinds of other music and sub-genres of house, which is good (variety is always good)!

And yeah, Frisky Radio has some really good sets too. Especially the latest KISS sets with Digweed, and other Dance Department and livesets alike.

Proton is superbly presented.........YES, it can be experimental and not always stuff I can get into.......but I TOTALLY RESPECT that others out there love different styles and that the site provides so many different and interesting shows that broaden our view on what's out there and is good. Perhaps a view more trance shows would round out the roster but there talent to look out for already like Max Graham's new show on the site.
