The Rap Thread

I know that starting a thread in most people's eyes is practically asking to be flamed till no end, but still
Like a lot of people i know, i go through phases of music that i listen to. Few weeks back it was a lotta third eye blind and emo
last week, lotsa chillout and jazz
so this last week i've been listening to mainly rap and i was curious if anyone around here has any good recommendations?
last night my friend played me cannibal ox - the f word (RJD2 remix) and god its dope (read: go get it if you like rap at all)
and no cheesy commercial crap...fuck fitty

alright dl mos def - beef mos def-mathematics hmmm bought the new ludacris album and it was ok nothing to special cept for the first track which i think IS OFF THE FUCKIN HOOK!!!! its called southern fried intro down load it ill tell u ull be fuckin amazed....umm also bought the new obie trice album which in my opinion is the best album ive pretty much have ever bought...not one garbage track on the whole cd....trheres not alot of cds u can just leave playing right thru without skipping over a few tracks....this one every track is amazing

Black Moon - Enta Da Stage is probably my favorite album. It's old tho, I just recycle my old stuff, don't buy many new albums.

Anything Outkast and Wu-Tang is what I listen to the most.

Check Mark Farina's "Mushroom Jazz Volume 3". Tribe Called Quest "Beats, Rhymes, and Life" era beats. Jazzy hip hop, I'd really recommend it.

hm...neither reall in particular
just stuff that either has really dope beats or rhymes, or ideally both but that doesn't happen that often
e.g - i love mos def and tribe called quest, mainly for the beats, their lyrics are good but nothing amazing
then on the other hand, i love grouch, whose beats i think are made in fruity loops but his lyrics are awesome
just any quality rap you know of i guess

heeeeeee, the famous mrs Booth... she showed up there first thing in the morning

yeah, i was there, didn't quite make it on the A team (too slow so last night played 4 games with the B team and man, my feet hurt so much now and i'm just trashed in general... and note, no alcohol either
btw, was really cold in the morning and in the evening it was REALLY windy, one point against our A team (yeah we played them) lasted for like 20 minutes.... watched will neff play and man, he skied everyone heeeeeeeeeeeeee
