House tune - desperate for ID...

I've heard it on a mix cd somewhere...

its housey - with great percussion...

theres a vocal -

"a year has passed, and things ain't how they used to be ... something aint right ... between you and me"

the vocalist does a bit of warbling at some point on the track too...

I'ts been bugging me for AGES! - can someone please help?!
