Simpsons character name...?

For all of you Simpsons buffs...

Does anyone know the name of the character who had a stroke? He appears in random episodes, and in different roles. He talks really weird too... he'll say "yesssssssssssssssssss", and will slur it as he says it.

Anyone have a clue what his name is or what episodes he's in? I know he's in the "The Frying Game" episode.

And for those of you curious as to why I'm posting this... it's cuz it's been driving me crazy!!

No name, but one of the funniest guys on the entire show. One of my favs next to Lenny & Carl, Ralph and Homer.

"A: He doesn't appear to have a name, he's a character who seems to be placed wherever they want him. He's been seen as a waiter, an ice cream vendor, and an actor when Homer was executed, and that's just from memory. It's possible he'll end up like Bumblebee Man, Comic Book Guy, and Pimple Faced Kid, being referred to as "Stroke Guy"'

The guy's brilliant!! I'm sure he does have a name, they all do, even though some of them are never directly called by it. Sometimes their official names are like "Bummble-bee Man" and "Squeeky-voiced Teen" lol.

this was the first episode he was in, and the only funny one in which his appearance generated a chuckle from me. theyve killed it IMO
