Really, though, do you have such low confidence in yourself that you need to make your cock bigger to compensate? Not that you said you wanted it...but I mean, jeez. No one should be doing this, or getting plastic shoved into their breasts, in my opinion.

They can make it thicker by injecting fat from ur arse into it.
U cant have it made longer surgically. For the 'lengthening' all they can do is suck the fat out of ur pubic area to make it look a bit longer, and possibly (im not 100% sure about this) detach it a bit at the base which makes it hang lower.
I wouldnt advise any of that.
