I have a Renault Clio with a sound potence of 860 W. And my radio/cd is a pioneer Deh P-3500 MP3.

well....i used to have a system but it got jacked. I'll describe it anyway...its a way of me coping with the pain.

2 12" kenwood's
and 1200 watts.

In my 95' Toyota celica. That car really has something about it when it comes to sound...maybe cuz its just so small and cramped in there, the speakers just put sound all over the place. I didnt have the biggest bass but all my mids and highs were crystal clear and the hard bass never drowned out anything.

I blow up a 65 ampere fuse once a while so that means

watt = ampere * volt

65 * 13.5 = 877watt

That makes sense as my German (speakers) amp = 300w RMS and my American amp (subwoofer) 600w RMS

I got a silver alpine mp3 deck (can't remember model off the top of my nug), an mrd500 and a v12. 2 10" JL Audio subs, pioneer 6x9 and 4x6's. Doesn't pound HARD, but the sound is CLEAN as hell.

Better to have a clean sound than too much bass.

I have a Koss PLL Synthesize Radio Cassete Player with Auto Reverse and 15 watts X 4 channels, but since i only have 2 front speakers in my front dash i get all 30 watts up front!!! Also I get 12 FM stations and 6 AM stations!

By the way my car that its in sort of looks like the one in my sig (1984 Chevrolet Citation )

Totally agree. The music you heard in your car is just for you not for the people who are walking on the street so better a clean sound.

I love JL subs, I think they're among the best. Mine are around 4 years old and never had any problems.

This summer got a new jvc HU, Neo 6.5" coax, JL 6x9". Unfortunately havent had time or money to install an amp, maybe next yr.

oh ya the HU says 200w but im sure its like only 18w real continous power

4" Dash Speakers
5 1/2" Components in doors with tweeters in A-piller pointing towards rear passengers.
6x9's in Rear parcel shelf

Subs-
2x10" Pentagon subs (300W rms, 1200W peak)
1x12" inverted Alpine Type R (300w rms, 1000W peak)

6x9's pointing out, as part of install.

Power-
powered by XM-1502 (360W rms x1 for the Alpine), and 2x XM2165 GTX (400w RMs x1), 2x XM444 (1 for the 4 6x9 speakers, 1 for the front components)

Also got a 1 Farad Directed power cap as well.

My plans for it include re-installing it as a one piece fibreglass/filler install with Rage gold to red flip paint. But thats not gonna happen til summer

but i'm still happy with it for now

um, i don't have a car, but my GF has the equivalent of 180hp.. so about 134kW

LOL, I think they were talking about stereo systems, not the whole car.

On another note, I've now upgraded to a full-fledged 50,000-watt penis. One jerk can power 3 clubs for a full night.

When is too much of a good thing gonna go sour? heads up(double meaning?)...U just might disrupt the earths electro-magnetic field.
