james holden...wtf is he doin way down there..

pete tong...he is extremely recognized in europe...he should of been in the 10-15 area

yeah sasha should've been higher than armin. but the people have spoken

Definetly a popularity contest there but I'm glad James Zabiela made #11...even though he should have been higher up. Too bad they couldn't have only people who know their music make this list.

yea where the hell is markus schulz? he def should of broke top 100 without a doubt. this whole djmag top 100 djs is just bullshit

I'm very happy about the top five, all the DJ's that were in my top five are there! The only difference I would have made was flipping Sasha and Armin's spots.

no, markus doesn't deserve deserve to be in the top100 at all because he's not an international superstar like everyone else on that list. hell, he doesn't deserve to be in the top200.

of course this is a popularity contest, there is no way you can measure skill. this is an artform, not a sport.
if it was about skill, then the top10 would be all turntablism and no trance or any dance at all.

so true, he and zabiela are right up there for me, was fairly pleased with zabiela's place though, but he should be number one too bad it aint based off talent

Never heard Liebing live; however going to see Johan is a guaranteed good night out. He has energy and throws one heck of a party. He deserves to be in the top 10 and will be up there shortly.

not because he's not an international superstar, because he is;
but because this is a popularity contest, is it not?
because his skill has not been measured,
but, moreover, noticed.

give it a week.

Remember, if everyone in this world had your taste and opinion, Johan wouldn't be in the top 100. However, that is not the case. The majority have spoken.

9. judge jules <--

imo he doesnt deserve that spot, but a lotta people must like him to stil be in top 10

ah well good 2 c ferry and armin both pushing up in places, and g&d made a good entry with their position, push imo should have been higher,

overall not a bad list

At least the 5 I voted for all showed up in the top 22. There is some semblance of intelligence in the voting. Zabiela almost crackin' the top 10 after moving up 28 spots.

I think Holden deserves the spot he received, as outside of the Balance 005 comp (which I gaurantee was not mixed live) he is a pretty poor technical DJ.

Gabriel & Dresden also deserved their place, they aren't the best DJs either. However, congratulations for not even placing last year and showing up at 42 this year.

God damn shame Judge Jules placed at no. 9. Joke.

And joke that Tiesto was number one. Look forward to more trainwrecks and bad sets as now he really could care less about how he performs, seeing how the people voted after this year.
