If people do want to get kinky in a club they will do and you cant really stop them unless the proprietors choose to throw them out?

Legalising it would have other repercussions; it would change the whole clubbing experience. Personally I kind of like it the way it is and don�t need live sex shows, nor really have the inclination to do it in a club for people to see.

Are there any more details on this, which type of club are they referring too, would it be a free for all approach or rooms provided? And why was the bid thrown into confusion?

I don't think the point of it is that we are now all gonna be seeing people out shagging in clubs. tbf, i don't think the management in any decent reputable club would allow that carry on, it would simply lower the tone.
