Wavy Gravy

I remember somebody in here saying that this song wasn't trance. It sounds like trance to me, but im probably wrong. So what exactly is it then?

Posted by fitom tiel on Nov-05-2003 02:58:

prog trance?

Posted by capricorn15 on Nov-05-2003 02:58:

how about BREAK BEAT

Posted by starglider on Nov-05-2003 02:59:

It's breaks of some sort clearly, if you want to categorize it further then I'd have no clue.

The start is nice but the last minute is the best. So sad.

progressive breaks

Very few tracks fit into one genre. Especially the good ones.
There is no point in trying to label it.

Yes! So true... especially the last few seconds where it fades out. My favourite part!

Posted by fitom tiel on Nov-05-2003 03:30:

right, right

sasha-prog-breaks, if anything.
not break beat, and
with a prog-trancy melody of sorts.

if anything.

yeah, last few seconds almost make me cry its so beautiful ;P
whole track is so good.

Posted by montie on Nov-05-2003 06:16:

i wouldn't say its sad.
it always makes me feel very content with things. one of those songs that just sorta conveys the feeling that nothing matters and that everythign is all good in th end. it sorta brings up a feeling of inner happyness, sorta uplifting, but not really.
its just fucking beautiful.

FUCK GENRES! lolz
It has always been progressive trance imo, but Genres are merely another word for opinion so bleh
