Need a song discription

A LONG while ago, i got this desktop theme named Techno. It had 2 sounds that i really liked and i've been trying to find out what the name of the song was but i don't know where to start.

If those 3 second clips are they only "parts" of the song you have then I would theorize that they might not even be part of a song at all. It sounds to me like someone just created these quick sound effects with a "techno feel" to them.

If you like the sound of them that much, might I suggest you produce a track based on them...
