i KNOW THIS IS NOTHING TO DO WITH TRANCE. But can someone give me a definition of an ISP (internet service provider) and an OSP (online service provider). CHEERS.

OSP - Oregon State Police

Meet officer Bob. Bob is the pride of OSP. He caught 6 criminals in 2003 so far. That's a state record!

Risking his life in the line of duty, he made the streets of Oregon a lot saver. Both the 2 guys taking a pee behind the gas station, one girl throwing her gum on the sidewalk and 3 people with a broken tail light are now behind bars.

ISP simply provide the internet and tools to run it efficiently on your computer.
OSP gives you the tools necessary to run the internet effeciently as a service.
