Killer Track Mark Oliver Has Been Banging As Of Late

All I know is that it's been played at the Guverment by Mark Oliver a number of times.

The words in the song are something along the lines of "the power of v" or "the power of e". I'm told it sounds Marco V'ish but I can't seam to figure out what song it is .

I am now told that there might be something to do with "Jack's Beat" or "Jack's Rhythm" or something along those line in either the vocals or the song title.

Nope unfortunately, Marky's the resident DJ at the Guvernment and they rarely record his sets, couldn't find any tracklists on TA for him and I dunno where else it's been played or anything.
