Dunno MP3 Directory/Computer Searcher

Do you guys know of a simple program that you can use to quickly find the exact MP3 file you want to play? I know the DJing program ATOMIXMP3 has an excellent search function...
it first scans all your directories (takes 10 seconds) on your comp and then say you're looking for a james holden track, all you need to do is type in "holden" or "james" and all the MP3 files with either keyword or key letters even will show up. I really need a small program that does this, maybe even a winamp plugin? I've searched everywhere for one, this is especially useful if you have a large MP3 collection, it gets hard as hell to find in which folder you have that obscure underground electronica track from 1998. Thanks for any tips!

maybe you should organize your folders then. I used to have Atomix and I don't think it was that big if I remember correctly.

What do you consider a large MP3 collection? I've got nearly a 60 GB collection and have all my MP3s in one main folder seperated into smaller ones.

When I need something I just use the Windows search function on just that folder...finds whatever I'm looking for fast. Just use that. (assuming you're running a Windows OS).

Its better if u sort it.

Many ways to sort it... Date Released (Month) or Producer, there are millions of ways (not literally) to organise music.

Oh damn, I didn't know that, thanks man! Just what I was looking for, do you know how to delete things in the library though? Thanks again!

I never had a problem finding a track in my own fine music collection ... and it's not because it's small ... its organized! I just used HTML/PHP/ Microsoft Word files to organize my media, and this process should be completed in a year or so (enough media to organize)
