and an uncle

After 18.5 hours of labor, my sister finally had her baby Saturday afternoon.

Zachary David, 20.5" long, 7 lbs, 4oz.

that little baby right there, he's my life. it's amazing how you don't think you have something to live for until something like this happens. he's changed my world.

lol...she had a pretty easy 9 months. i talked to her almost every day, and she really only experienced some routine fatigue.

i said, "holy shit, 18 hours??? what was the worst part?"

she said,"the fisrt 8 hours was the worst"

fuck...the FIRST 8 HOURS??? if i had to squeeze a watermelon out of me, and it took 18 hours to get itself out, i'm sure more than 8 of the 18 hours would be considered the worst part.
