Another 2 Fast 2 Furious movie in the works?

Hey I don't know if anyone has heard or seen previews for another street racing movie at all. I know I havent because I havent seen any new movie in the theater since Finding Nemo, lol

But the reason I'm asking is, when me and my friend were coming out of DC last night ( i was at the 930 club), we passed H Street which was totally blocked off. For people here that know where Glow is, H street is one block away where Chinatown is. In fact thats where it was, right underneath that China sign.

So anyways we see lights up ahead and think its construction going on, but I see backdrops and those shutters that surround lights, hard to describe but it looked just like stereotypical lights used in movie sets. As we get close we realize that they ARE lights and there's cameras and then as we pass H street we see two rice rockets sitting there, fully detailed, I think one was an Integra, im not too sure tho it was hard to see. Some guy was standing in front of it, arms folded and looking cool. There were some more cars behind it on the street and a lot of people on both sides of the sidewalk.

It looked like the scene from the first Fast n Furious movie when they drag on the street (Ja Rule is in that scene)

So sorry for the long post, Im just curious has anyone heard or seen previews for a underground street racing movie being filmed in DC?

or just a rice racer scene in any type of film.
But i really doubt its another fast and furious film..

no im pretty sure there were no bikes there..it was strictly cars.

haha yeah brian i shuldve rode all over them in my Butt (the Citation in my sig) thatd been awesome!

Oh yeah i didnt mean to say that it was another f&f movie. like you said stassi its prolly another rice rocket movie. i was just curious if anyone heard about any movie like that being made or whatevr,.

oh well ill guess we'll see in a couple months
