Ok, I have to say first that i have only seen a small handful of DJ's live in my whole life. Aphrodite,Micro,Carl Cox,TIESTO, and now Armin. So don't expect some review about the sound system or what color the lights were i was there to have a good time and that is what i did. I started the day with 150 bucks, A shirt that says, "Nice Decks!!!" on the front that i had Tiesto sign that i was determined to have armin autograph also, 5 prepaid tickets 4 cans of red bull, 8 waters, two packs of smokes, 4 hot girls who love armin and trance period the good shit not DJ Sammy, and the expectation that there was no way i can top the time i seen Tiesto on oct. 23rd. I was wrong! Anyway, we left the small town of Findlay where i live in Ohio and drove about an hour and a half to Columbus where the party was. We stopped and ate at some roadhouse place that had a really cool bartender who kept hooking us up with drinks so i started drinking heavy around 8 and the party started at 10. We left around 9 30 and left to try to find the place. Yeah that sucked. we still had about a 30 minute drive from there so we popped in tiesto live @energy 2000 for the ride there. Always the best pump up cd. I began to get into that mode where i am so excited that nothing is going to stop me. (TRANCE Mode) Anyway I get there and the dj who was on was tearing it up but nobody was there yet so i wasn't dancing but the chicks i was with were all about it. So they had their little spot to be in and i left to explore and talk to people. There was a shitload of hot girls swarming in from all different angles so of course i had to give it a shot. Drunk. The atmosphere was awesome everyone was excited to see Armin. I walked up to about ten chicks i didn't know at all and tried to pimp. I did well i was just buttering them up in case i seen them later i had chicks to fall back on so i had nothing to lose. I think that tons of hot chicks is a must at a show of such calibre and it completely lived up to that right off the rip. I found one though who i couldn't help but work my magik on and i ended up missing most of the first dj. By this time the place was pretty packed i would say about a 1000 to 1500 people. I didn't think there was that many people who knew who armin was in ohio so i was pretty impressed. When he got there the mc announced he was in the building and the place went nuts it was so badass. I ran right to the front so i can see him. I felt like i was in a movie or something it was incredible. He played some badass intro i had never heard before and when the beat kicked in i was off to wonderland along with everyone else. I really don't know if i took the red pill or the blue pill. I started dancing and screaming putting my hands up and shit. I swear to god armin looked me inthe
eye like
times in the first 15 minutes of his set. I think because of the chicks i was with and plus i knew what was up with
the music. That is awesome when you know the dj is giving you props especially Armin Van Buuren. I was in the process of having one of the greatest nights of my life. Then i ended up taking a pill i know but i was dancing and i just thought it would make it better and it did. This chick i met earlier had vip was on stage like 5 feet away from armin pulled up with her and i got break it down up there for about 10 minutes it was dope just watching him spin. Then i found some dude who was talking to armin and asked him if he could get my shirt autographed for me. He said he would but couldn't do it yet so i gave him my shirt and prayed to get it back since it has tiestos autograph it is important to me. So i made it around to the bar and found a chick to go dance with kept going the whole night. When Armin was playing his last track the guy i gave my shirt to went to the stage pointed me out and found me and gave me my shirt signed by armin van buuren. I felt like a star i can't even explain how out of my comfort zone i felt. I was pimpin!!! Anyway the show ended and i am running around collecting phone numbers trying to corral the girls i was with to the car. I decided to put my # on Ferry Corsten flyers and give them to a few chicks that i really liked. Hoping to see them this coming Friday when i see him and get his autograph on the same shirt. Any way we are in the car going to the after party following these people i had met to some devil inhotel party. We finally get there and get in the room and Guess who is standing there chillin. Mutha fuckin Armin Van Buuren two feet away from me. I acted like he wasn't anyone and just started talking to him. He remembered me and said hey how are you. He asked if i liked his set. I told him hell yeah and just started asking him questions like if he really had a law degree and if he plans on working with anyone else in the future. I must say that he is the coolest dj i have ever met in my life. He was polite and humble very positive and lets just say i think his mother taught him right. so there it is i met him shook his hand by complete luck. I felt awesome. Anyway the rest of the night sucked cause we left to meet some friends at another afterparty and got lost and had to drive home and didn't get to sleep until noon. I must say that it was an experience sorry about the length and lack of detail but i was fuckedup so this is the best i could do. Could someone please help me id some of the tracks in this set that i posted thank you?/?????????????????????????I love TRANCE
