Yeah. I'll agree that this topic is very lame. As for the people who are complaining that the forum is much worse than it was two or three years ago... I don't have an answer but I have an idea of something that is contributing to it. Tell me what you think:

I gather that in years past, downloading was much more public and quite widely practiced. Hence, if someone brought up a song, everyone could just go ahead and dl it and offer their genuine critique. Now that the RIAA has cracked down on public filesharing, the only people who have access to all the newest and best stuff are DJs who are getting promos, or people with enough money to just go out and buy every new release that comes out. The fact is that many people don't have the money to do this, or don't have access to record outlets that supply this stuff. In other words, it is quite possible that there are far fewer people out there who have access to quality music than there were a few years ago.

I'm not saying that downloading is good. I'm just offering a possible reason for the recent proliferation of riduculous topics.
