Good percussion and mastering.. love the piano chords - except that the piano sounds a little fake.. over all very good.. near pro quality stuff man!

The vocal needs to be louder

Cool

it does sound a bit bare like mr o'calla. melody is nice and chilling, yet driving at the same time. im not a fan of the vocals sorry, they need to be louder, and up an octave, some of it is slighly off key too. at the main break, where there is only piano and a wee synth, get a drone in there, more hands in the air than just random dotted piano notes and the high string that comes in.

just my opinion tho, im sure u can make it a minter

Finally.....

Vocals need to be louder, but fuck me m8, mastering is excellent! Fantastic breakdown with a nice piano, vocals sit in well, but are still too low in volume

Not too sure on the lead filtering in, sounds like you havw the cut off starting too low, sounds too stuttery if you get me? Brilliant main tune, relaxing!

Great track m8, absolutely brilliant, best i've heard from you so far!

Is this reason 2.5?

And one more question,

Any chance of a Chris Shepherd/Emota remix? .....PM me!

sweet track mate

like the others have said, the vocal is a little on the low side and the piano breakdown around the 5:45 mark sounds a little off -- like there there is too much dead air between each key

but overall the track was aces! nice buildup and slick mastering

good luck with your label submissions

cheers luke-yep the bare thing will be sorted(v2.0)see the prob wit the vocals were, its a soft vocal sung quietly-when i turned the volume up i got loads of clipping,so the actual singer of the vocals(cami)needs to sing the vocals more powerfully so i dont have to hike up the vox.also agreed with the slight moments of off keyness(cami)the piano doesnt seem to be working at all eh ill get workin on some pads!

hey man, the track is great, but it sounds a lil weak here, but it could be my speakers and that all the bass is off here heh, anyway, keep up the work mate.

Well, it's good but it could do with some shaving, I think it's at least a minute too long.
Also, the vocals don't really sit very well on the mix.

Edit:
Actually, the percs sound a bit too simple too...

Hey jon

Ill have a listen when i get time, but id like to hear a vocal trance track from you. Im sure it will be mint!

Comments as I listen:

Like the intro bit, but I think you could turn the electro type sound up and the clap down a little.

Not a fan of the predictable Crash pattern prior to the bassline.

Bassline fucking rocks.

Nice Hook, good percussions.

Simple but effective melody.

Vocal needs to be way louder, and the overall level of the vocal needs to be adjusted. Ride the amplitude slider over the vocal to even out the levels.

I think the vocal is a little muddy sounding, possibly kill some of that low reverb on it and sparkle it up a bit with careful EQ'ing.

The piano chords are good, but it sounds like a Fisher Price piano made them. Get some real piano samples! =)

The strings in the breakdown sound a little cheese, again a problem that would be eliminated with better string/orchestral samples.

Love how you draw out that last note of the vocal and bring the beat back in subtly.

Again, that bassline fucking rocks, love it when it comes back in at around 7:20.

Not really sure that I like how the break kicks in at 8:20, but can't judge for sure until after a few listens.

Sounds like the Naked Angel Whoosh at the end of the track

Overall, I like this quite a bit. The breakdown is a little long and I'd recommend taking that breakbeat out from 8:20 and putting it in the breakdown instead. Also, turn that vocal up! Sounds like the vocal might be a little out of tune at some points, but that could just be because it's way too wet sounding and needs more in the high range. I'd also maybe add a few more subtle percussive elements to occupy more of the stereo field.

Great work, look forward to hearing the final version.

Hey, this is goood. Not to many tracks with vocals in here, so it's always interesting...

Have to say it's well produced, but there are the things (already mentioned) that could be changed to make this song so much sweeter.

Looking forward to the second version.
