Electronica DVDs

Where online may I buy these? Preferably with Paypal. I've tried some sites like Amazon.com and stuff, but they don't have good selection (eBay has nothing either)

Well, Play.com has:

2 Tiesto-dvds (Another Day At The Office, 9.99, In Concert 11.99)
Paul Van Dyk - Global (14.99)
Nick Warren In Ibiza 2disc (14.99)

+ several others

All prices inc delivery.
You need a region 2 dvd player though.

wow .. that's pretty cheap .. considering the euro to dollar rate ... it's cheaper compared to what they sell in stores ..
i usually go to the Virgin Megastore and Tower Records to get my stuff .. they got some good IMPORT stuff ...

What's "region 2" mean?

Posted by Elmo-On-XTC on Nov-25-2003 03:11:

each region has a code for dvd's. for instance if you have a DVD player from north america that is region code locked, you can only play north american dvds.

i think region 2 is UK

Well, can anyone help me find region 1 DVDs? (found out that region 1 is USA)

hmm there probably aren't any... uh.. walk-in stores where you can buy these things are there?

thing is, online's probably cheaper. but its the shipping that may turn me away last time i bought something it bloody took forever...

that's the problem with ordering online, the shipping might not be THAT expensive if you find a good deal, but the order might take bloody ages to get to your house and by that time i'd be going absolutely insane and pulling my hair out... and it feels just so much better to stumble upon a good cd in a music store

Region 2 is Europe, while the USA and Canada uses region 1. Not a problem if you have a multi-region dvd player or are planning to use your pc's dvd player.

You could also try www.playusa.com, that's where they sell region 1 dvd's, but there aren't that many releases available.
