it is really pronounced yeero but everyone says gyro...more easier to say

nothing beats a european pizza (i can confirm that as I compared both quite often )

OMG.... had the best kebabs last summer in Berlin for LFA/LP 2K2. There was this place right across the street from the hostel we stayed at that was open 24/7. Their doner kebabs (if I recall correctly) were soooooooooooo fucking good... we ate one every time we were back there... and cheap! *drool* I need one... somebody in Berlin overnite one to me

gyro are a great "on-the-go" meal. i just cant believe the whole time i was in the greek isles and i couldnt find a place that had lamb gyros- they only had pork so i settled for chicken

on another note....a friend of mine forced me to try his fave gyro in the city.... i think it was a place called "gyro 2".... now THAT was VERY GOOD!!!

but gyro fans look out.... a proper place that has "shawarma", the egyptian/lebanese/middle eastern/turkish response to "gyros" is far SUPERIOR same idea, better flavor...
