Rugby Union

Isnt Rugby Union shite! Its a proper posh boy's game in England and people only like it now we won the world cup of it, with a whole 20 teams, with even less that are actually good ( )

It just doesn't compare to footy, proper mans game not a poncey game like rugby union, although Rugby league is good! Shame you thrash us as that though

Sorry for the rant, just pisses me off people like such a shit game now just because we're winning

Anyway, yeah, rugby. I watched some of the world cup, but rugby as a sport doesn't really interest me that much. Rugby Union's alright (because at least there's some flow to it) but I think you'll find that Rugby support in Aus is mainly confined to NSW and Qld. There's also no notion of union being a posh, "public-school" game here.

As for "footy" (I presume you mean what you mean what we call soccer?) being more of a man's game? It's more skillful, probably, and I find it more watchable, but more "manly"? Errr.....

not everyone is suited to playing rugby or cricket or netball
i see it if that many people are playing it then iot must be easy
once someone explains you the game youll appreciate it more
and if you look at club rugby and compare it to world cup rugby then youll understand how good these guys really are
just appreciate that these guys (from all sports) are at the top because they have certain skills others dont have. plur sport

Not for over 37 years they havent!!! I think after 10 years of NOT winning something you lose the right to brag about having won it in the past....

The bottom line is I wouldnt be lean mean and a fighting machine if it wasnt for sport, and we all have our preferences on which sport does that to u.

The most sought after prize though is the Football World Cup, something you can't buy, hence why the americans dont dominate it like they do the olympics
