Leftfield?! "Classic?!"

I got tired of hearing how "classic" and "essential" Leftfield was to electronica, so I bought Leftism and Rhythm & Stealth.

I thought this shit was supposed to be good. Christ, I could make this crap music. It's like basic electronic beats with reggae druggie rapping over it. The only track worthy of mention was "Afrika Shox", and that's one out of some twenty tracks.

Anybody else feel that Leftield deserves the ?

my gosh leftism was an album ahead of it's time and so was rhythm and stealth. Rhythm and Stealth is amazing and the only real rap was Roots Manuva with dusted on track 1, if you don't like it, give it to someone who would enjoy their forward thinking music.

imo much respect is due, opened many ears to edm
