Classical Music

Are any of you people into classical music as it is, in many ways, similar to trance?? I wouldn't rank it on the same level at the moment but I think when I get older I will really like it. It has many of the same emotional elements.

I listen to a variety of classical music, but I'm most partial to Baroque and Russian.

Yes, many of the same elements. Except trance is meant to be minimalistic in its movement, which the endless uplifting fluff is working tirelessly to undermine. =\ Seriously, leave the overblown orchestral melodies to the composers that have done them for centuries and go back to progressive trance. Or even better, go back to that proto-trance stuff. Or hey, reverting to acid house for a while couldn't hurt. I'm only half-joking, I swear.
