anyone know this track?

its a vocal, and the lyrics go somthing like this

chorus:
Hold me, touch me, feel me baby, love me, can you touch me the right way.

its a female singing it, and it has a dance beat... been going crazy trying to find it.. any help?

Ok. I was IDing an old CD i had and all the songs that were on it, and this song popped up. Ive found nothing on it and it is also driving me crazy...I do know it came out in 1999-2000 ( Sandstorm is on the mix so its about that old). If it helps the song is second from last on this compilation : "The best of the Soundfactory 2000 Vol.3". But then again i haven't found any tracklists for it. If you do find it, please tell me, and ill do the same.
