Plz help me ID this very cool tune

I was going threw my archive and finally i found a tune that
sounded really femiler 2 me but i cant identify it!
it should be about the years 98/99/00 , i dont think you guys (DJs and tranceManiaks) should be any problem to identify it.

guys this tune is really ROXXX you should hear the sampel
