[ambient] Pjotr G - Amnesia

Hello

Here's something totally completely different from anything I've ever done

Clavia Nord Rack 2 : pad, lead
Roland MC-307: 808 drums, strings, sweeps, bells, flute etc
Yamaha DX-7: little bell sound
Zoom RFX-1000 (2): delay & reverb

Mixed on Behringer MX2442, LEM CLX-2 compression over the entire mix.

Ambient vague track, what do you think?

hehe sorry couldn't keep my hands off them knobs, may sound a bit off but ah, delay was still set for my techno stuff at 140 bpm

wicked stuff, very abstract..

unlike nils, i'm not really fond of those vocals.
otherwise it's very good, great sounds and effects!

this'd be the last thing i was expecting from you after those banging tunes

pretty good tune, loving the atmosphere. but the vocals are kinda funny and don't fit with track IMO. also fix that delay thing, sounds a bit off. another thing is that the track doesn't seem to evolve a lot during the 5 minutes, sounds like just a loop on repeat. maybe the changes are too subtle. oh and the intro is a bit sudden, try putting a fade in or something at least

maybe i'm sounding a little bit too critical, but don't get me wrong, the track is very good

You're not too critical you're right. It IS a 32 measure loop, and I just tweaked some stuff and muted/unmuted some drums during recording. It's not very polished off, it was just a little snack between all the beats

really nice track man, i like it, should be more panning on the percs tho imo. but otherwise nice

Not sure what to think of the vocals, but this is nice chill stuff and I enjoyed it a lot.

Stunning track! The chords on the pads sounds a lot like Goldie - Timeless though

This track is very interesting! It is on the lines of 'IDM' and it's definetly experimental!

The vocals were so weird! It threw me for a loop! Crazy!

I'm a big fan of ambience - I most certainly enjoy many of the elements on this track. I'm pretty fond of your work since it offers me something different everytime I listen. Keep this up! -Mental
