John Askew

Is their a better producer around at the moment?Everything he touches seems to turn to gold.I really like his mix of Castaneda - Floor Control and Vellum is one of my favourite tunes ever.His tunes have a perfect blend of tech,uplifting and driving trance which i just can't get enough off.I have yet to see him live though i was supposed to see him at Creamfields but his set was over before i arrivedAnyone else regard him as an excellent producer?

I think he is a pretty good producer...his older songs really impressed me (ie, the Door, Shadows After Dark, etc)
but his new remixes have been pretty weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek and dull...I still haven't listened to Air Guitar/ Fuck Private Ryan, so I will post back after I hear them
