Anyone Have The Old Tutorials From TranceSystem.com?

Thanks
you will loose that body once you start spending 10 hours a day in a studio.
Nah Man, I've been in the iron game 8 years. Your right though about the 10 hours lol I love this shit man even more than bodybuilding. It was a choice between competiting this year at the montreal natural's because iI was offered to be trained and sponsored by Mr.Montreal but I turned it down because I wanted yo concentrate on Trance. And I got my big breeak this week. My tune got signed by Above The Sky Records UK, gonna be a huge remix by Mat silver & Tony Burt. So i made the right choice. peace
I quit building about 2 years ago. Was really getting into it. Was this close to joining the gym where Ronnie Coleman works out in my hometown of Arlington. 2 years ago I was close to being ready compete in the Mr. New England contest. Now I eat calzones and drink super big Gulps. Sad, very sad indeed. If you can do both, then more power to you.
I find that going to the gym and sweating my ass off really helps my productions. When I'm on the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes I tend to think about my production and production only, and I usually get a lot of good ideas, hehe.
Cool Etherium, Yeah I have Ronnie's bodybuilding tape "The unbelievable" where he trains at Metroplex Gym in Arlington. But training for competition and just keeping in shape is like night and day. Even though your not competiting, getting too the gym just 4 hours a week is enough to maintain and in some cases pack on a few pounds of muscle if you change up your routine. I train 3-4 times a week, but only for 45 minutes. I lift very heavy, low reps, 4sets, 3-4 exercises and I'm outta there. I pop a trance mix in my discman and I'm pumped for action hehe As for eaying habits, there is where my willpower kicks in. I eat strict even though I don't compete. I never touch pizza, soft drinks, cookies, chips, fast food. This helps keep my bodyfat below the double digit mark year round, so when march hits, 8 weeks of cardio and I'm looking lean and vascular for the summer
Now if I can only master tracks as well as I lift hehe

way to get off topic
TranceMasterUk thnx for the link
Elipse, your post is devoid of reason. If someone would have actually known where the tutorials were and we were talking about them, then it would be off-topic. If the title was "Do you know of any sites that offer good tutorials?", then it would be off-topic.
And quite frankly, I don't appreciate lectures from a person that browses the production forum for his own means and rarely if ever contributes to it. I don't usually get mad, unabashed impertinence gets me pretty close.
Yeah Etherium , It doesn't look like one of those classy gyms where they got expensive atlantis and hammer strength machines, snack bars, hair salooons, tanning facilities, etc... All you need are the bread and butter exercises, squats, bent over rows, deadlifts, bench press ... to build a foundation. That what ronnie does, and it seems to work for him hehe I really thought Jay would take the Olympia this year but when Ronnie came out weighting almost 290 I knew it was over. The guy is unbelievable !
As for the dude who was asking about the tutorials, well nobody has emailed me them, but if someone does, ill send them your way. After all it's almost Christmas, and we should all give a bit more
Peace
