Yeah, so I want to set up an FTP. How would I go about doing this?

I'd use BulletProof FTP Server, it's way easy to set up... Just search google for it.

Your best bet is using either RaidenFTPD, or Serv-U - I've used both of these. Raiden's a little harder to use, but has a ton of options. I've never used BulletProofFTP, but know a bunch of people who swear by it

Just make sure you do not have easily guessed passwords if you use port 21. and especially do not have an anonymous login that a lot of servers have.

windows Nt, 2000, and xp professional have ftp server built in, but i pretty sure you can install 3rd party ftp server on 95, just google it.

LMAO, actually you will be relatively safe since almsot every new exploit is for more recent Microshit OS's, so don't worry about that.
