You should try asking in the german forum, I know there are a fair bunch of ppl in there who dig this style. Anyways, I don't know much about this genre (all I've heard is a tape from '97 by DJ Dawn), but I found some good ones in there:

This style is one of my favourite eras of electronic music! One of my old favourites is Gollum & Gary D - Black Arrows. I've got an old DJ M-Zone set from '96 that is all this style of hard trance. Just digitized it from an old tape. PM me if you're interested and I'll see if I can find somewhere to host it...

The old mixes of Lost In Love are definitely hard trance. The newer ones (eg, DJ Taucher remix) mostly aren't.
