Help with track ID

Hey fellow TrancEaddicts. this is now my second attempt at posting on this board (hopefully the sample will upload correctly this time)

this is a sample i pulled from an mpeg at a rave (dont know where or wen). mayb sum1 can ID it. the texture of the song is pretty common so it leaves a broad margin of search. the best help is probably the vocals in the track.

Don't have it on mp3 to compare, but I think that's the one you're after.

it's not the "higher state..." it's warp brothers' "we will survive," which is a fuckin blatant ripoff of josh wink's classic.
