Hey does anyone know whats up with this...

I've had a CDJ 100 for about 6ish months, and it just decided to start skipping. every track it plays it jitters and pauzes and skips.

Perhaps the CD lazer/lense is dirty, but I ran a cleaner through it.

is this a typical problem with an easy solution? or do I got to take her in?

What cleaning methods are recommended?

I actually used a DVD lense cleaner. its got soft brushes on a disk.

2-3 Years later...

I just got a used CDJ-100 at a dj equipment/record store I go to normally. This is for temporary use until I can get either a CDJ-800 or 1000 MK2 And for some reason, the tracks skip as well. I'm returning it tomorrow. I even burned my tracks on the lowest speed. Avro, what ended up becoming your solution?
