I'm not defending this person and their ignorance but please do not call all christians ignorant whiskers.
I am a christian and I do go to church and all. If they want to judge they can because without saying I trust what they say 100% "we" are in no way capable of saying we represent the masses of youth who go to raves. It's much more drugs then we wanna admit but yeah in comparision to the whole college thing and all it's not real worst.

Don't forget that the average person in a club has no clue about the music!

it was sarcasm because we don't see any websites with christians protesting college, and quite frankly, i think you're MUCH MORE likely to "live a life fulfilling the lusts of the flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind" in college than at a rave event.

What about violent rap and rock verses and sexually explicit songs? I don't see much of that in rave music.

In my opinion this site is targeting the SMALLEST problem going against Christianity. There are alot bigger things to worry about.

okay...wut a fucking extremist. i'm so tempted to write an email back to this guy and say, yes, we ravers are the spawn of the devil. we secretly worship Satan and see glowsticks, ecstacy and "rave" music as a means of becoming closer to satan and ensuring our future in hell. we like to suck other people's blood because we find it a cathartic experience. at every full moon we sacrifice a lamb to prove our worth and loyalty to the devil. every five years, we also gather at stonehenge and dance naked with glow-in-the-dark body paint, and then we proceed to have a mass orgy with each other.

(no offense to anyone religious out there...i am quite sure that this site is just an extreme case and they are likely to be many catholics/christians/protestants etc... who may not necessarily condemn the rave culture to this degree...but nonetheless..it has jus made me pissy and i needed to rant in full-blown sarcasm)

actually i think originally all music that wasn't made to worship God at one point was condemned. that was the case with a lot of classical composers who were hired to ONLY compose religious music. it used to be a big deal whether a composer wrote secular music or just religious music. one woulda thot those days were past tho...

it just ticks me off when some religious people claim God as the solution to everything. to them it might be, but ffs, there are so many beliefs/faiths in the world, and this guy is so off the mark that its simply ridiculous.

What do i mean by fucked up place? Im mainly talking about the drugs.. I dont know what the parties are like where you live, but where Im from the mass consumption of hard drugs by people way too young to know what they're doing can't compare to any other kind of party ive been to.

And I never said raves were the only thing that are 'bad' also.. concerts and school are also fucked up. But at concerts its mostly weed...
