After watching this I now have zero respect or sympathy for the Palestinian people. If this is their attitude they don't deserve anything from any person or nation, including respect, pitty, or protection. This situation is their doings in my eyes, because its not just a few crazy people doing this, but taught from father to son even from childrens TV, spreading throught the entire popultion.

All you Yasser, Castro, Che, and 'oppressive dictator of the month club' followers need to read www.memri.org. Some of the stuff on the site is almost unbelievable, and it's all directly translated by a non-partisan Arab/Israeli group. Until Arab leaders stop brainwashing their own people, the violence is never going to end. Talk about propaganda!

There's a great music video that MEMRI translated about 6 months ago. The music and video was produced in the West Bank, and they lyrics went something like, 'Kill their children in their bed, torture the men, and rape the infidels. The Jews want to drink your blood and you must stop them first.' "The Diaspora" supposedly depicts an Israeli court where the members pour hot lead down the throat of an Arab.

Needless to say, they don't play that kind of godless hate on TV or BU99FM in Israel.

Simple answer to this problem...

ya you're right! palestinian children are taught to love jews and obey every israeli command. that's why when they grow up they open factories that make israeli and american flags. and that's why they never do anything bad to the jews.

I think we (the world community) should just let them go at it until there is only one survivor. In the long run it would save lives I think.

In attempt of trying to carry this discussion in a more enlightened route however, how great do you think the effect of propaganda is on a populace?

Do you believe it has become easier to propagate a population or harder since WWII?

I think in general it is harder because people are more aware about propaganda. But for the Palestinian people its different because as this video shows it's not propaganda only, but being taught by your parents and friendly purple dinosaurs to hate jews.

Did you notice in the video multiple kids knew the same songs? these must be songs every child learns growing up. thats insane

And yes, I think we all noticed that the kids knew all of the same songs. They are probably lullaby's their parents sang to them when they were little. I don't doubt they were taught that in school, since it was showed that the one kid was commenting to a classroom!

in the time of the Christ and before, Arameen, Hebrews, Armenians, Caanite (sp) and others lived in the middle east. Most Hebrews and Arameen, Arabs and others were jewish (belieiving in one God).

When the Christ came, some Jews (hebrews, arameen, etc) believed in him being the son of God (later on they were called Christians).
Arabs (some polytheist, jews, christians)were tribes coming from the arabic peninsula(it was called differently at that time I guess). Their language was very similar to Hebrew and Arameen, they looked alike and I bet they could understand each other.

Anyways, Mahomet who proclaimed himself prophet arose from those southern tribes, united them and went on the conquest of the whole of the arabic peninsula and later (his sons) the middle east, he converted the masses by either asking them to surrender (islam in arabic) to God (and him) or getting killed... so then, some polytheist, some jews (hebrews, arameens and others), some christians(hebrews, arameens and others) converted to islam...

this is what you all want to know, hebrews, arameen, arabs and others were very similar people, talking the same language with different dialects... living in the same areas give or take some villages. fast forward 1500-2000 years, most arameens became christians, most arabs became muslim and most hebrew became jews... and they can barely understand each other (evolution of languages) like German and English.

Aside from being very convincing to the simple mind (believe me I know ), the show gets many historical accounts outside of the antisemtic propaganda.

My two favorite parts.... "Emporer Augustus in 69BC" (when he didn't become emporer till 40,50 years later.. I don't think he was even alive in 69BC. I mean Augustus became emporer a few years after the murder of Julis Caesar, and that was at 14BC I believe)

and "US President Benjamin Franklin stopped the Jews from entering the USA when writing its constitution".
