One word - Madness.

I hear they can't classify it as a bike because it has 4 wheels.

Pull up to all those 'biker boyz' on that piece...

Dancing Dude

HAHA the 0-60 time is estimated cuz they cant get enough traction to take off at full speed...I wanna see someone do over 300mph on a bike...rip the guy off before he gets going :P

Posted by kypez on Dec-10-2003 23:54:

That thing is ridiculous.. V10 500hp horspower on a car is amazing but on a motorcycle

as is the top speed...nobody's willing to be the one to test it so they have to estimate the top speed solely based on power and weight. imagine going 300 on THAT?!

If it's due to traction slippage then it doesn't matter what the theoretical launch 0-60 time is because it will never be attained. Most cars calculate in traction slippage at optimal launch speed (which is actually no traction slip at all) as part of the 0 - 60 time. I'm sure it would be insane getting to even 200 mph on that...

nitromethane powered top fuel's are still more impressive

you could be driving that tomahawk at an honest ~200 mph (which would take a lot of distance to achieve) when you suddenly pass a top fuel dragster at the line. Lets just assume he launches the exact moment you pass him. You'd be ahead until about an 1/8th of a mile later when the top fuel would blow by you (you, still travelling @ 200 mph) to finish the quarter mile at 330+ mph. thats fucking acceleration, 8g's on launch. Be very afraid...

just to make that clear, i mean it will never be achieved on those tires =), you could always put on some thicker or grippier tread but that is a modification so they couldn't list the stock 0-60 time as that. Of course they will never sell these so i guess thats a null point

And then the shuttle passes you...

The thing is its actually a car with no roof. It does have 4 wheels. So I dont see wat is so amazing about it...
