What is " Keeping it Real "?

In your opinion, explain what keeping it real is.......
keeping it real......I believe it started in Hip Hop
but there is no " REAL " hip hop anymore.......or if there is
it's dying and it's pretty much dead........all that's left is
a load of shit that you hear on the radio....

explain, in your opinion what it means to you and of course you know what the topic is.......
( in case you're slow.....Keeping it Real with Trance )
