The much mush mush dreamed of party is finally here. INFECTED MUSHROOM...LIVE!!!!!!
This will be Western Canada's first glimpse of Israel's notorious superstar live-act that has taken the world by storm. Infected Mushroom takes psychedelic trance and freestyle electronica beyond their boundaries to a massively funkadelic level combining chunky electric guitars & distortions, acid riffs, light melodic breaks, experimental twangs, and soaring angelic vocals... all the while, the music pounds harshly in a brilliant mix of style and effect. This is a show you really, really need to witness!
Finalized plans for using a downtown Calgary nightclub will be finished soon. Mark this date in your calendar because you'll be kicking yourself if you miss it.

You guys are SO LUCKY!! I love the mushrooms!! Eeerr.. the infected mushrooms that is I think every newbie started out with cheesy trance music (I know I did) but I somehow ended up with a steep learning curve & stumbled upon psychedelic trance. Enjoy, I wish I could be there.

Does anyone know if the vancouver show has age restrictions?

I'm eighteen right now so if I can make it to Calgary I'll be able to get into the bars and stuff (I'm assuming Katalyst is 18+ ?), but it'll be way more $$$ for me (just a student)

If the vancouver show is 19+ then I'll have to try and get to calgary, otherwise this would be the better option for me since it's at least in the same province

edit: nevermind, the vancouver show is 19+ and I just looked in my bank account and can't afford to go to either

I hope they come back this summer, but I doubt it will happen

I got that one circled on my calender, I just can't got, travel would be like $500 and then all the other little extra stuff

I mean, I really like IM, but paying that much for one night just isn't worth it to me

ok if you are on the fence to go or not, jump right in because what I just saw (Infected Mushroom live PA @ Kool Haus) was the 2nd most amazing thing ever (TCM @ Metro=#1)
I was sober, and for the majority of the set I danced in my crammed space with my eyes closed and experiencing a hallucinagic trip. I WAS STONE SOBER. The music is a trip. Check the TO forum for more reviews tomorow, they fucking stole the show.

Check this out, its not likely they will be back soon.

all i have to say is that was the best show i've ever seen, most bangin fuckin music, and totally original, they absolutely tore the kool haus to pieces, never seen anything like that, if it was'nt for the fact i saw them last night, and have school @ 8am tomorrow i'd be doin 'er all over again. infected mushroom is fuckin AMAZING!!
