Tunnel Trance Force...
love it or loathe it???

Its def. Fear And Loathing for Tunnel Trance Force!! I hate that style of trance to bits. IMO its soo cheesy and the synths in most tracks are soo awful... but this is just my opinion.

Love it here.

The old ones are good. Nowadays it's not fast enough, not trancey enough and basically not worth listening to.

tranceaddict in training and tranceaddicts love it
they also seem to like darude and dj sammmy

Posted by jdjd on Dec-13-2003 20:40:

most of it is cheese, but you'll always find a few good hard trance gems in each edition

Tunnel and its sound around 1995-1997 was actually quite ok.

I fondly remember the TimeTunnel Raves in Halle am Hammer Deich and in the Wallring Tunnel here in Hamburg.

But since then ? Havent even been to the Tunnel anymore - not my kind of music, not my choice of clubbers.

TTF got terribly cheesy over the years, just like Dream Dance.

Posted by realtrance on Dec-15-2003 13:11:

cheese

Posted by starglider on Dec-15-2003 16:38:

I should point out that the original set of TTF CDs, not the double ones but the single CD originals (there were 7 I think) are packed full of absolute anthems from the mid-90s German trance scene which was obviously a very good scene indeed. It's sad to see how people like Gary D (who put out loads of records back then) have gone from producing pure, classy hardtrance to cheesy, psuedo-hardstyle.

ok, even though I only listen to clean Trance (armin, tiesto, pvd, ferry, etc) I think tunnel trance has its moments, like when u r with friends taking x or u just want to drive really fast on the highway
