I don't use any of the tools you've mentioned, but I played around with pro-53 once and from what I've heard from others phat synth sounds are its bread and butter. Try the polytrance preset and work from there.

so what do u use to make your sounds?

I could never really make phat synths before I got Atmosphere, now they're cake. It's not cheap (though for what you're getting it's a steal), but if you have the cash to spend I'd highly recommend it.

I really heard alot about atmosphere i thougth to got get it but it's not cheap i know that vsti got 6 cd's and it's need like 3 giga on the hard drive it's alot..
but is there good presets or you are making your sounds?

Yes there are a lot of good presets with atmosphere, however you'll get a lot more from it by learning the tool and just using the presets as a starting point. So far I've been able to make spot-on recreations of the leads used in 1998 (Ronski Speed remix), Gamemaster 2003 (Michael Woods mix) and countless others too, and I'm really just starting to get a hang for it.

If you want a good idea of the type of sounds you can get out of it, check this:

Everything other than the percussions and percFX were made with Atmosphere (ie. bassline, pads, hook, main lead).

Don't forget the secret to a good sound is all in the effects you apply to it.

Isn't atmosphere just a sampler that comes with a massive libary of samples?? Which you could make yourself with a synth??

That question was covered by Etherium in several very long and comprehensive discussions about a week and a half ago. Use the search function for Atmosphere if you're interested in finding out more.

Im writing a supersaw + variatons tutorial for the Pro 53 to post here and at t.nu (i did one a long long time ago but its a bit outdated for the more complex sounds).

Plan to cover:

Generic template supersaw
Lead from Airbase remix of Ibiza Sunrise
Pad from AvB remix of ATRC
Ferry Corsten's System F/Gouryella lead
Other tips/tricks

Probably won't be out until around New Years though, I just don't have time atm.
